Application

The YONG-FENG F51NP workshop hose crimper is controlled by CNC technology for automated operation. The crimp force of YONG-FENG F51NP crimper is 3380KN, with a crimp range of 6~88mm and 14 sets of standard dies. YONG-FENG F51NP crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, Teflon tubes and wire ropes etc.

The cabinet of the YONG-FENG F51NP workshop hose crimper can operate on the ground, following an ergonomic design. There is no need for an extra worktable, and the crimping operation is convenient. There is a special drawer for dies in the cabinet, which saves space and provides convenience for collecting dies for various applications.

1) CNC crimping machine

CNC crimping machines have obvious advantages over the traditional ones. CNC crimping machines are easy to operate. The crimping precision can be up to 0.01mm, which is 10 times of that of traditional crimpers. The crimping is not only more precise, but also nicer and neater.

2) Material

The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, which is tear resistant with great carrying capacity and improves the durability of the oil tank and piston rod.

3) Hydraulic conduction system

With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight and durable with little heat and stable pressure conduction, and greatly improves the performance of the crimping machine.

4) Die connection

Our crimping dies are made of Cr12 die steel and connected through magnetism, which makes it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat and nice.

5) Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system, which Yongfeng owns the patent, is equipped with a huge hydraulic oil tank, and ensures a high recovery rate of oil circulation and good heat dissipation. The oil returns to the tank quickly and the crimping is efficient with stable pressure, suitable for massing production and processing of hydraulic hose assemblies.
