Application

The crimping force of the YONG-FENG F32DS touchscreen crimping machine for hydraulic hose is 3600KN, with a passing diameter of 118mm, a crimp range of 6~88mm and 14 sets of standard dies. YONG-FENG F32DS crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, hydraulic hoses, water hoses, air conditioner hoses and bathroom hoses etc.

Feature

1) PLC crimping machine

Compared with traditional crimpers, PLC crimpers are easier to operate. Traditional manual adjustment is replaced by the PLC electrical ruler, with a crimping precision of 0.01mm, which is 10 times that of traditional crimpers.

2) Material

The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made of 40 chromium, which is high pressure resistant and damage resistant with great impact absorbing capacity.

3) Hydraulic conduction system

With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight and durable with little heat buildup and stable pressure conduction.

4) Die connection

Our crimping dies are made of Cr12 die steel and connected through magnetism, which make it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat and nice.
