For years, Yongfeng has been dedicated to the research and development and production of hydraulic hose crimpers. Today, our manufacturing facility covers an area of 20,000 square meters, and is staffed by more than 200 employees. Our teams are led by 36 senior managers and 40 technical experts. We operate professional workshops for module crimp head processing, component processing, assembly, and testing. These workshops are equipped with advanced fully automatic lathes, drilling machines, grinding machines, boring machines, planers, punching machines, and CNC milling machines for dies.

Before delivery to customers, every crimping machine is thoroughly tested and debugged, including their electric control systems, hydraulic systems, and other components. Our systematic production and testing processes ensure a high degree of product quality and productivity. Yongfeng has an annual crimping machine output of over 5,000 units.

The oil cylinder cover, oil tank and piston rod are made from 40 chromium, with a surface hardness of HRC26-30 and an operation layer hardness of HRC59-63. The harden layer is 2mm thick. The 40 chromium is high pressure resistant and tear resistant with great impact absorbing strength and carrying capacity. Therefore, the oil tank and piston rod are highly durable. Our crimping dies are made from Cr12 die steel and connected with a high powered magnet, which make it convenient for assembly and disassembly. The magnetic connection enables automatic positioning, and the crimping is completed neatly.
