Application

The crimping force of the YONG-FENG YJK-80X touchscreen crimping machine for hydraulic hose is 3200KN, with a crimp range of 6~56mm and 12 sets of standard dies. YONG-FENG YJK-80X crimpers are widely used for crimping high-pressure fuel pipes, industrial hoses, fire sprinkler hoses, automobile brake cables, water hoses, air conditioner hoses and bathroom hoses etc.

1) Touchscreen crimping machine for hydraulic hose

PLC crimping machines offer obvious advantages over traditional crimpers:

*The touchscreen operation panel is clear and easy to understand with prompt reactions and simple operation.

*The traditional manual adjustment is replaced by the PLC electrical ruler, with a crimping precision of 0.01mm, which is 10 times that of traditional crimpers.

*The crimping is not only more precise, but also cleaner.

2) Material

The oil tank and piston rod are made from 40 chromium, with a surface hardness of HRC26-30 and an operation layer hardness of HRC59-63. The hardened layer is 2mm thick.

3) Hydraulic conduction system

With the pipeless valve block connection, the hydraulic conduction system is oil tight with little heat and stable pressure conduction, and greatly improves the performance of the crimping machine.

4) Die connection

Our dies are connected through magnetism, which make it convenient for assembly and disassembly, and the crimping is neat. The dies are made of Cr12 die steel.
